National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Management University (SMU) require at least 2 years experience. However, we believe the average age requirement is higher. Thus, 3 to 5 years experience would be ideal. Again, more than the no. of years of work experience, we believe it is the quality of accomplishment at work that counts more.

Private Institutions offer MBA programs for fresh graduates too. Thus, you can join them straight after your graduation in India.
