Entry Requirements to study at the Auckland University of Technology New Zealand

General entry requirements (exact requirements may vary from course to course)

Postgraduate Courses: At least 55 % in Bachelors or CGPA of 5.0 or higher (on a scale of 10). IELTS: 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in the writing module and 5.5 in the others (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

Undergraduate Courses (after 12th): Completion of All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) or Indian School Certificate (CISCE) with an average of 60 % Higher Secondary Certificate (State Board) with an average of 75 %. IELTS: 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in the writing module and 5.5 in the others (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

MBA program: Bachelor’s degree with five years of work experience after graduation (which does not include summer placements, part-time or temporary work experience). IELTS: 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in the writing module and 6.0 in the others (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score).

Scholarships for Indian/International students: New Zealand Scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate studyThese are full tertiary scholarships for eligible international students to study fulltime at a New Zealand education institution or a Pacific university.

New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarships -Funded by the New Zealand Government and administered by Education New Zealand, the New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarships offer a significant educational opportunity. The scholarships provide financial support for students from designated countries undertaking doctoral degrees by research in New Zealand universities. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit. Applications close on 15th July each year.

Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand deadline for applications

The application deadline for admissions to AUT would be December. ILW India advises students to begin applying at least by October, to allow for the university to assess and complete the paperwork.
