Entry Requirements to Study at Sheffield Hallam University UK

General entry requirements (exact requirements may vary from course to course)

Postgraduate Courses:

Three or four years of Bachelor Degree from a recognized university. At least 60 % in Bachelors. IELTS: Overall 6 with minimum 5.5 in each component (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

Undergraduate Courses (after 12th):

Completion of All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) or Indian School Certificate (CISCE) or Higher Secondary Certificate (State Board) with an average of 65 % from a recognized university. IELTS: Overall 6 with 5.5 in each component (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

MBA/Executive MBA program: Applicants will be required to have a minimum score of 55% from a relevant three years degree and should have completed at least two years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a supervisory role. IELTS: Overall 6.5 (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

For courses starting in September 2019 and January 2020, we are offering a series of Vice Chancellor’s Awards of £3,000. Sheffield Hallam graduates could be eligible for a scholarship towards postgraduate tuition fees.

Scholarships

Our Transform Together Scholarships are open to international and EU (non-UK) applicants for all full-time taught courses at Sheffield Hallam University. The Business School are offering 10 Dean’s Scholarships of £6,000 each for BSc (Hons) Events and Leisure Management (top up) in September 2019.

Sheffield Hallam University UK Deadline for Applications

Deadline for Undergraduate Courses after 12th

The normal closing date to receive applications for full-time undergraduate courses is 15th January for September intake. If possible, try to ensure that your application reaches the university by this date. The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service also known as UCAS send all applications it receives after 15 January (until 30 June) but the university can’t guarantee they will give the same level of consideration or offer as those that arrive by 15 January.

Deadline for Postgraduate Courses
