Entry Requirements to Study at University of Worcester UK:

Postgraduate Courses:

  • At least 55 % in Bachelors Degree from a recognized institution. 
  • IELTS: 6.5 with no less than 5.5 in each section (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

Undergraduate Courses (after 12th):

  • Completion of All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) or Indian School Certificate (CISCE) or Higher Secondary Certificate (State Board) with an average of 65%. 
  • IELTS: 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in each section (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

MBA/Executive MBA program:

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience if required after graduation (which does not include summer placements, part-time or temporary work experience). 
  • IELTS: 6.5 with no less than 5.5 in each section (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score)

£2,000 Choral Scholarships:

In partnership with Worcester Cathedral, Choral Scholarships are available to young men with counter-tenor, tenor and baritone/ bass voices and are aimed at encouraging young singers to become part of the long-standing tradition of Cathedral Music, while pursuing a course of study. The scholarships are available to students in he first, second or third year of an undergraduate course. Scholars will receive £2,000, paid in instalments over 12 months,

Sports Scholarships:

If you have an outstanding record of achievement in a particular sport and want to combine this talent with study at a university with a proven reputation, then you may be eligible for a sports scholarship at Worcester. Our sports scholarships and bursaries represent a very special partnership with some of the region’s top sports teams, including Worcestershire County Cricket Club (WCCC), Worcester Hockey Club and Worcester Wolves Basketball Club.

Commonwealth Scholarship Scheme:

The University of Worcester offers full Commonwealth Shared Scholarships for specific postgraduate courses, in partnership with the Commonwealth Commission.

International Scholarship Criteria:

International (Non-EU) students are eligible to apply for scholarships up to £3,000 each. The University Scholarship Committee will assess the candidates’ applications based on their academic merits and award the best ones who match the criteria. Academic Scholarships:

The University awards scholarships of £1,000 to eligible undergraduate students in their first and second year of a degree course or first year of a Foundation degree or HND on the basis of their academic achievement at the University of Worcester. Students do not apply for these scholarships as they are awarded to eligible students with the best academic profiles across the University.

Application Deadlines to study at University of Worcester UK:

Deadline for Undergraduate Courses after 12th:

The normal closing date to receive applications for full-time undergraduate courses is 15th January for September intake. If possible, try to ensure that your application reaches the university by this date. The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) send all applications it receives after 15 January (until 30 June). But University of Worcester UK can’t guarantee they will give the same level of consideration or offer as those that arrive by 15 January.
